How It Works
From signup to getting paid — here's exactly how the HelloGroom platform works for you.
Upload your ID, proof of address, service certificates, and two references. Add your bank account details and wait for admin verification — this unlocks access to open jobs.
Tip: All documents must be approved by the HelloGroom admin team before you can view jobs.
Buy a credit pack that suits your workload. Each credit lets you unlock the full contact details of one job — including the customer's phone number, email, and address.

See all available jobs in your area that match your approved services. Job cards are visible for free — contact details are unlocked when you tap to view the full job.
Only jobs matching your approved service categories appear in your feed.
Once you've reviewed the job details, submit your price quote. The customer can see all offers and choose the best fit. You can update your offer until it's accepted.
A credit is only deducted once — even if you update your offer.
When the customer accepts your offer, they pay via TradeSafe Escrow. Funds are held securely until the job is completed — you're guaranteed to get paid for work delivered.
Payment is held in TradeSafe escrow — protected for both you and the customer.
Complete the work, mark it done in the app, and the customer confirms completion. Funds are released from escrow directly to your registered bank account within 1–3 business days.
Always work through the platform — off-platform payments void your escrow protection.
